We are now launching a management trainee program named GOLD (Global Organizational Leadership Development), which is a 2-year rotational, multi-functional leadership development program that accelerates careers and continuously develops talents.


Within two 12-month rotations, GOLD Associates will complete:

  • Rotations in different functions and locations

  • Enterprise Lean Sigma management skills & intensive leadership development along with finance training and hands-on experience at one of our manufacturing sites during your first year as a GOLD

  • Continued training and learning opportunities in your second GOLD rotation at Action Learning, a highly interactive week-long training focused on communication, advanced leadership development, and rapid problem solving

  • Participate, co-facilitate, and leadership of Kaizen events


We are looking for:

  • Highly motivated, creative thinker able to work effectively in a fast-paced, change-driven environment with excellent command of spoken and written English

  • 2020 / 2021 /2022 graduates with Bachelor / Master degree or above in Global Commercial Management, Business Management, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain or related discipline

  • Ability to relocate every 12 months into different functions and locations


Management Trainee – Commercial Field

  • Rotations in different functions (International Retail Brand Owner Sales, Large Manufacturer Sales, Regional Customer Relationship Management, Global Program Deployment) and locations

  • Looking for: 2020 / 2021 /2022 graduates with Bachelor / Master degree or above in Global Commercial Management, Business Management, Marketing, Economics or related discipline


Management Trainee – Finance Field

  • Rotations in different functions (Regional Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting and Cost Control, Corporate Governance) and locations

  • Looking for: 2020 / 2021 /2022 graduates with Bachelor / Master degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline


Management Trainee – Operations Field

  • Rotations in different functions (Global Product Manufacturing, Regional Supply Chain, Global Procurement and Logistics, Total Quality Management) and locations

  • Looking for: 2020 / 2021 /2022 graduates with Bachelor / Master degree or above in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline


Management Trainee – Human Resources Field

  • Rotations in different functions (Human Resource Strategy & Management, Talent Acquisition, Organization & Talent Development, Company Culture, Employee Engagement, Performance Management) and locations

  • Looking for: 2020 / 2021 /2022 graduates with Bachelor / Master degree or above in Human Resources, Business Management, or related discipline


Management Trainee – IT Field

  • Rotations in different functions (Digital Execution, One IoT adoption, BI and analytics, Implementing our One ERP system, E-Commerce, and Customer Relationship Management and Customer Experience, Delivering in an agile environment, Application Support and Compliance) and locations

  • Looking for: 2020 / 2021 / 2022 graduates with Bachelor / Master degree or above in Computer Science, or related discipline
