Membership and Stakeholder Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with members, sponsors, and partners

• Process membership applications, renewals, and maintain the membership database

• Develop and manage member communication channels including newsletters, social media, and website content

• Identify and engage potential sponsors and partners to expand AustCham China’s business network and revenue streams

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and stakeholders

Essential qualities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in English and Mandarin

• Excellent organizational and project management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and accuracy

Advantageous qualities:

• Degree in business, marketing, international relations or related fields

• Experience in membership management, business development, or sales

• Familiarity with China's business environment and government regulations

• Experience working in a non-profit organization such as a chamber of commerce
